- 2 cup fresh Bang saag (Brahmi leaves)
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped (adjust to your spice level)
- 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tomato
- Salt to taste

Making Beng Saag Chutney is very easy. It is made raw only. So grind it by using grindstone only. Although you can also grind it in a mixer, but this will not bring out its natural taste.
